PREMR Security Token
Premier Art Acquisitions, Inc. has been formed to acquire and manage a portfolio of real-world fine art assets. A representation of this portfolio is being made available to investors through the PREMR Security Token, a blockchain-based instrument. Unlike cryptocurrencies, PREMR is a digital asset security that will serve as a fractional representation of the cultural significance, permanence, and appraised value of Premier Art Acquisitions’ portfolio of fine art.
By merging blockchain transparency with the time-tested strength of fine art, PREMR Security Tokens deliver a compelling combination: a representation of the stability of a historically appreciating asset class and the emerging liquidity of digital markets.
The PREMR Security Token is being offered to investors pursuant to SEC Regulation D, Rule 506(c), and is available exclusively to accredited investors.

The PREMR Token

Portfolio Construction and Management
Phase 01: Acquire foundational pieces for the portfolio using capital raised through the initial Reg D security token offering. All works will be independently appraised and insured.
Phase 02: Expand the collection through additional Reg D or other offerings, with a target of $250M in acquisitions by year-end 2025 .
Phase 03: Upon reaching securities law thresholds for owners of record (if applicable), pursue conversion to an over-the-counter digital security token—broadening access and expanding liquidity options.
As an institutional buyer, Premier Art Acquisitions, Inc. expects to negotiate discounts on acquisitions, avoiding auction premiums, broker commissions, and related fees that can otherwise commonly add 30% or more to transaction costs. All assets are expected to be securely stored or exhibited publicly through strategic partnerships with museums and luxury venues.
The portfolio will be managed for long- term appreciation, not resale, and will be insured and curated by outside advisors.
